OVERVIEW
The focus of Foods and Nutrition 8 is to give students the KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ATTITUDES students will need to be able to live as successful young people in society. Students will critically analyze individual eating habits and relate the findings to personal health and wellness. In addition, students will demonstrate the art of combining foods into creative and nutritious meals and using a variety of skills and tools.

Breakfast Recipes (Fluffy French Toast )
EVALUATION AND ASSESSMENT
Projects and Assignments 30%
Laboratory Work 70%

Students are expected to act in a safe manner while in the kitchen at all times

Students will arrive ON TIME.
Students will bring all necessary supplies to class including:
