Welcome back to the second half of the semester in Foods 9/10. All of us will be shifting our learning from the traditional classroom to online learning over the next couple of months and my goal as your teacher/head chef is to build on the skills you've already acquired and adding some new cooking techniques and recipes to your growing resume of experiences in the kitchen. Many of your projects will be engaging, meaningful, and hands on wherever possible. I will invite all of you to my Google Classroom where you will be expected to engage in the assigned tasks and activities provided. Never before has cooking and nutrition been such an integral part of people's lives as we navigate through this challenging time. Take extra good care of yourselves- drink lots of water, prepare healthy, nutrient- rich foods, get lots of sleep and exercise, and keep on laughing and enjoying your families.
